How do Bradley Bisquettes work and how long do they last?
Bradley Bisquettes are made from pure wood sawdust bonded with a food-grade binder. Each bisquette burns for exactly 20 minutes to provide clean, consistent smoke without the bitter taste of ash. A standard 48-pack provides approximately 16 hours of smoke.
What is the standard shipping time for smoker units?
Most smoker units are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I use my Bradley Smoker in freezing temperatures?
Yes, Bradley Smokers are designed to perform in various climates. However, in extremely cold weather, the smoker may take longer to reach the desired internal temperature. We recommend using a weather-resistant cover and keeping the smoker in a wind-protected area.
What is your return policy for accessories and smokers?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Do Bradley Smokers come with a warranty?
Every new Bradley Smoker comes with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers defects in materials and workmanship. Please ensure you register your product on our website to facilitate any future warranty claims.
Is assembly required when my smoker arrives?
Minimal assembly is required. Most units only require you to attach the smoke generator to the side of the cabinet and insert the internal racks. Detailed instructions and all necessary hardware are included in the box.
